Are you curious about mentoring, either as a mentor or mentee? Follow these steps to learn more about it.
Key steps
- Read through the information about mentoring provided on the website, including “What is Mentoring.” Mentees, be sure to read over the “Brainstorm Sheet for Mentees” and the “Ideas for Brainstorming” sheet to begin to identify goals and needs.
- Mentees, using the information you gathered from the Brainstorming sheets, begin to identify the kind of mentoring relationship you are interested in. Consider whom you might like to request to be your mentor. Feel free to call that person yourself and invite them to mentor you. If you need help choosing a mentor, or would like help contacting them, or processing some of the brainstorm questions, contact Brenda Ramer at mentor@crestviewchurch.org.
